Prints Available of My Truck Paintings

trucks watercolor trucks watercolorI've made a collection of my watercolor paintings of trucks available as art prints. There are two prints available and each contains five trucks each. I think they look great as a diptych either side-to-side or stacked. Society 6 prints are "gallery quality Giclée prints on natural white, matte, ultra smooth 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper with Epson K3 archival ink". Be sure to select the "small" size, which uses 16"x13" paper with a 14"x11" print area. You can order them with and without frames.

My Trucks at Two Boots, Jersey City

I'm currently exhibiting my watercolor paintings of trucks at Two Boots in Jersey City. They'll be up until the beginning of February and I'll be hanging out there with my kids on Monday, January 20th from 12-2pm. I'll have coloring activities for the kids so drop by, grab a slice and check out my paintings. Two Boots, 133 Newark Ave, Jersey City, NJ Artist Statement: Jay Boucher is surrounded by trucks. Trailers, dump trucks, delivery vans, garbage trucks; day and night they rumble and rattle past his ground floor studio. Seeing life and personality in these utilitarian machines, Jay decided to render them in the fluid medium of watercolor.

This will be the largest painting to date in my Trucks series. Updates are in reverse chronological order. June 14, 2013 I've got most of the vector art in place, including the taxis.
